An Oak Harbor High School graduate is hosting an alternative music festival this weekend.

Celebrations will take place at the rink each day leading up to the anniversary, beginning June 27.

The annual gathering will be June 25-27 at the Officers’ Club on base.

Several Whidbey churches will host their annual Juneteenth celebration Thursday at Windjammer Park.
