Michael Lynn Delph, age 62, longtime Oak Harbor, Wash., resident, passed away at his home on Monday, Feb. 10, 2020.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020 at Life Church, 1767 N.E. Regatta Drive, Oak Harbor, Pastor Michael Hurley officiating.
