Timothy Demond Howard, age 39, longtime Oak Harbor, Wash., resident, passed away at Swedish Medical Center Cherry Hill Campus in Seattle, Wash., on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019.
Mr. Howard was born in Pineville, La., on July 18, 1980.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2019 at Life Church, 1767 N.E. Regatta Dr., Oak Harbor, Apostle David Jenkins officiating.
