Rotary Club of Oak Harbor’s Student of the Month for October is Leielle Salinger. Salinger has been on the Oak Harbor High School honor roll every year, is a member of the National Honor Society, serves as team captain for the undefeated varsity volleyball team and is a member of the girls varsity track and field team. She’s also a member of the high school’s Distributive Educational Clubs of America, or DECA.
