Beloved husband, father, grandpa and great grandpa, Bert Bjorling passed away Oct. 6, 2017.

He was born June 27, 1921. He served in the Navy in WWII. He and his wife were long time residents of Oak Harbor and he served as city treasurer.

He enjoyed hiking, RVing, traveling and dancing and was an active member of the Elks Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his wife Maxine. He left behind many who loved him, including his children Mark, Carolyn and Sally; grandchildren April, Sara, Amanda, Sam, Carl, Nick and Amy; and great-grandchildren Bert, Aiden, Anna, Elsie, Evan, Clive and Gunner.
