Tuesday, Sept. 26
At 8:13 p.m., a driver reported that an intoxicated man was stumbling into the highway.
Wednesday, Sept. 27
At 8:07 a.m., a Northeast Netlam Lane resident reported that two baby raccoons were in the backyard.
At 8:17 a.m., a Northwest Anchor Drive resident reported that items were stolen from a car.
At 11:29 a.m., a caller on Crosby Avenue said a puppy was missing from a car.
At 1:27 p.m., a sandbag was reported on the highway.
At 3:07 p.m., a dead cat was reported on Southwest Eighth venue.
At 5:05 p.m., a burglary was reported on Northwest Crosby Avenue.
At 10:43 p.m., a caller said that a shirtless man covered with scratches was yelling outside a State Highway 20 business.
Saturday, Sept. 30
At 1:14 p.m., a called on Southeast Eighth Avenue said he has no way to get his dead brother’s cat to the shelter.
At 5:55 p.m., a caller reported finding an envelope containing money in the area of Fort Nugent Avenue.
At 11:20 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street said neighbors were playing loud music and doing “some sort of physical activity to the music.”
Monday, Oct. 2
At 8:09 a.m., a Judson Drive resident said someone’s wayward chicken was constantly coming into his yard.
At 9:47 a.m., a caller reported that a crazy woman was breaking things on Oak Harbor Road.
At 3:42 p.m., there was a report that a woman passed out in a car with a baby also inside on Northeast Seventh Avenue.
At 8:15 p.m., an unattended suitcase was reported on Pioneer Way.
Tuesday, Oct. 3
At 12:07 p.m., a Hemlock Drive resident reported that a pheasant was trapped in a neighbor’s yard.
Wednesday, Oct. 4
At 5:22 p.m., a caller said a couple was having “adult activities’ behind a South Beeksma Drive location.
Friday, Oct. 6
At 12:25 p.m., a caller on Hathaway Street said a man who seemed like he was on drugs was yelling at people and throwing things.
At 1:50 p.m., a caller reported that two people were shooting pellet guns at City Beach Street.
At 5:19 p.m., there was a report of someone carrying a rifle on North Oak Harbor Street.
Saturday, Oct. 7
At 11:22 p.m., a caller said juveniles were trying to unscrew a sign on Erie Street.
Sunday, Oct. 8
At 9:13 a.m., a caller said a homeless camp was set up on Fort Nugent Avenue.
Monday, Oct. 9
At 8:31 a.m., a Northwest Crosby Avenue resident reported that there were lots of cats in the area and they leave droppings in his yard.
At 12:55 p.m., a caller reported that people were putting feces in planters on North Oak Harbor Street.
At 1:55 p.m., a caller reported seeing a juvenile dressed inappropriately on East Whidbey Avenue.
Tuesday, Oct. 10
At 12:51 p.m., a caller reported that a panhandler said “give me money for drugs” at a location off the highway.
At 4:52 p.m., a burglary was reported on Southeast Ely Street.
At 5:45 p.m., a dead goose was reported in a yard on Stremler Circle.
Wednesday, Oct. 11
At 7:33 a.m., a driver said a woman opened his car door and asked his son for money on the highway.
At 12:49 p.m., a dead bird was reported in a dumpster.
At 1:22 p.m., a driver on Kettle Street reported that a woman was standing in the middle of the road and threw a trash can in front of the car as it drove by.
At 7:53 p.m., a possible burglary was reported on Northeast Ernst Street.
At 9:33 p.m., a Harrier Circle resident reported that a subject was on meth and looking in the windows.
Thursday, Oct. 12
At 4:37 p.m., a caller said a woman was screaming at cars on Bayshore Drive.
Friday, Oct. 13
At 2:40 a.m., there was a report of someone dressed in dark clothing bicycling in the middle of Goldie Street.
At 10:51 a.m., a dead crow was reported on Southwest Sixth Avenue.
