Robert C. DeBoer, age 95, died on Aug. 8 at San Juan Rehab Care Center in Anacortes.
Robert was born in Oak Harbor on Oct. 27, 1921, son of Carl DeBoer and Carrie (DeVlieg).
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters Alice Kennedy, Janet Rientjes and Josephine Benson, as well as his nephew Kenneth Benson.
Surviving are six nephews, Les Rientjes, Gary Rientjes, Jim Rientjes, Kenneth Benson, Dennis Benson and Doug Haywood, along with one niece, Starr Thomas.
