Marguerite ‘Peggy’ Willey

Marguerite L. “Peggy” Willey, 88, of Oak Harbor died Oct. 28, 2003, after suffering a heart attack.
She was born Aug. 20, 1915, in Cashmere, the daughter of Charles and Edna Reeder. She married Herbert C. Willey in 1936. He preceded her in death in 1985. She was a resident of Oak Harbor since 1929. She is survived by her sister Phoebe Smith, 93, and other family members.
Cremation is being conducted by Bleitz Funeral Home of Seattle. In keeping with her wishes, no memorial or services will be held. In lieu of flowers she requested that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
