Sandra Lee Richard (1943-2012) passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 28, 2012 at home, after an extended illness.
Sandy was born in Dubuque, Iowa on April 1, 1943 to parents Leonard and Salome Pfeiler. She graduated from Dubuque Senior High School in 1961.
Sandy is survived by her husband Edward Richard of 50 yrs, married June 16, 1962. Children Tawnya Richard Brewer, Marty Richard, Son-in-law Darick Brewer and Daughter-in-law Tina Richard.
Sandy is also survived by all six siblings; Ron and Peg Pfeiler, Bob and Jane Pfeiler, Tom and Marlene Pfeiler, Marlene and Jim Robertson, Rene and Chuck Fletcher and Steve Pfeiler. As well as Grandchildren, Katie and husband Kenneth Schneider, Brock and Bode Brewer, Martin, Rayn and Kiley Powers and Great-grandchild Kennedy Schneider along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial Mass will be held at St. Augustine in Oak Harbor, Wa October 6, 2012 at 9am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation.
