Steven Allen Proudman, AMS1, USN (Ret), age 56, longtime Oak Harbor resident, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013, at Providence Medical Center, Colby Campus, Everett, following a lengthy illness.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, June 28, 2013, at Whidbey Memorial Chapel. A memorial service will take place 2 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at Oak Harbor Church of the Nazarene, 1100 W. Whidbey Ave., with Military Honors under the auspices of the NAS Whidbey Honor Guard. A reception will follow. Inurnment will be private.
