Andrew Mckinlay of West Virginia died last month from a heart attack. He was 48 years old. His loss is mourned by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arch Mckinlay of Oak Harbor. He is survived by his parents, two brothers and a sister. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans Association.
