Shirley Enid Clarke (Huffaker) passed away peacefully at home with her loved ones by her side, on April 12, 2013. She was 88 years old.

She was born in North Hollywood, Calif. and lived in the San Fernando Valley with her husband and two children. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Hall Clarke from San Jose, Calif. Shirley moved with her children to Coupeville in 2005.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Beverly Sheehan, son Steven Clarke, grandchildren, Christine Masters, Richard Terry and Jennifer Lint and younger sister, Sharon Schowe of Jeffersonville, Ind.

She is also survived by four great-great grandchildren, Leann, Chris, Josh and Justin and three great grandchildren, Jaimee, Casey and Emma, all on Whidbey Island. Per her wishes, she will be cremated and a celebration of life will take place in late May or early June.
