A celebration of life for Richard “Dick” Morris, a well-known musician in the area, will be held Sunday, Sept. 30, at the Anacortes Elks Lodge, 1009 7th St. There will be a service at 1 p.m. with a pot luck and jam session to follow. Mr. Morris was born Nov. 15, 1940, and died April 1, 2007.
