Memorial Day on Whidbey

Nathan Gammache were among the guest speakers at Oak Harbor’s annual Memorial Day service, held Monday morning at Maple Leaf Cemetery. Gammache described the sacrifices of service members as driven not by “hatred of the enemy” or “desire for glory” but love for their families and countries.
