Letter: It would be sad to lose businesses

I feel sad to hear of the possible closing of the businesses at Ken’s Korner. I would be really sad about losing Jim’s Hardware and Critters and Company.

I know how much of the owners’ hearts went into creating businesses that make people happy. They are truly community businesses. As an owner of a business run by a woman, it is very difficult.

Maybe the new owners will understand. I hope so.
