Langley embraces the Spooktacular

Island County Commissioner Melanie Bacon, nearly unrecognizable as a member of the undead, participated in a zombie flash mob Thursday afternoon in Langley. Both adults and kids in all sorts of creative costumes flocked to the downtown area to trick-or-treat on Halloween.
