Adrianna Hamm Swanson, 95, long time resident of Oak Harbor and Mt Vernon WA passed away on Sunday May 26 2024 in Burlington WA surrounded by family.
A service will be held for her June 14 2024 at 2:00 pm at the First Christian Reformed Church 701 West Blackburn Rd, Mt. Vernon WA.
In lieu of flowers the family recommends donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc (WA State Chapter) 1-800 272-3900
