The Stanwood High School swim and dive team won nine of 11 events to sink Oak Harbor 120-47 Tuesday, Oct. 1, at John Vanderzicht Memorial Pool.

Oak Harbor’s wins came from Caitlin Dennen (100-meter backstroke, 1:19.06) and the 200 medley relay team of Frances Empinado, Dennen, Grace Chargualaf and Diandra Dominguez (2:31.41).

The Wildcats (1-3) host Snohomish (5-0) at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8.

Other Oak Harbor results with Stanwood

Second: Empinado, 200 individual medley, 3:07.95; Dennen, 50 freestyle, 32.36; Casey Cabigting, 100 butterfly, 1:27.61; Dominguez, 100 breaststroke, 1:36.95.

Third: Empinado, 100 back, 1:23.05; 200 free relay (Dominguez, Lindsey Griffith, Christine Magno, Elena Lorci), 2:38.61; 400 free relay (Empinado, Cabigting, Chargualaf, Dennen), 5:12.5.

Fourth: Cabigting, 200 free, 2:58.72; Dominguez, 100 free, 1:19.77; Mekayla VonGrey, 400 free, 6:27.54.

Fifth: Griffith, 200 free, 3:22.82; 50 free, 39.24; Chargualaf, 100 fly, 1:40.5; Lorci, 100 free, 1:27.26; 200 free relay (Kyela Yarbrough, Sadie Gunter, Rio Higashijima, Mekayla Smith-Day), 3:27.18; 400 free relay (Griffith, Lorci, Hannah Mayne, VonGrey), 6:27.44.
