The following items were selected from reports made to the Oak Harbor Police Department:

Tuesday, May 21

At 7:14 a.m., there was a report of a phone stolen from a car on Northwest Calista Court.

At 7:49 a.m., a caller reported that a man was standing, yelling and cursing in the middle of Southeast Pioneer Way.

At 8:48 a.m., a car prowl was reported on Northwest Kathleen Drive.

At 9:51 a.m., a man reported having issues with homeless people breaking things and camping on Southeast Ely Street.

At 10:14 a.m., a resident reported that a man without shoes was standing on the sidewalk on Heller Road.

At 11:53 a.m., a driver reported that a man without shoes was in the street on Heller Road.

At 12:31 p.m., a caller reported that a shoeless man on Heller Road looked lost.

At 1:42 p.m., there was a report that the barefoot man was acting “loaded.”

At 7:35 p.m., there was a report of a license plate stolen off a car on Southwest Tahoe Street.

At 11:29 p.m., a Fairhaven Drive resident reported that a suspicious man with long hair was holding a cardboard box and knocking on the door.

At 8:37 a.m., a woman reported that a homeowner on Harvest Drive yelled at her for walking her dog because it makes his dogs bark.

At 12:57 p.m., a resident reported that people on Midway Boulevard built something they are now throwing knives at.

At 6:54 p.m., a burglary was reported on Jensen Street.

At 8:52 p.m., a Northwest Fifth Avenue resident reported that people were selling vacuums in the neighborhood.

Wednesday, May 22

At 7:58 a.m., there was a report of a person sleeping behind a store on Pioneer Way.

At 4:30 p.m., a car prowl was reported on Southwest Sixth Avenue.

At 5:52 p.m., a Halyard Lane resident reported that water is blowing out of bathtubs and toilets.

Thursday, May 23

At 8:42 a.m., there was a report of people smoking crack on Southeast Pioneer Way.

At 10:59 a.m., a caller reported that a transient man came out of the woods on Goldie Street and said an assault had happened overnight.

At 11:49 a.m., a caller reported that a woman had been inside a parked car at a Midway Boulevard parking for at least 10 minutes.

At 12:45 p.m., a resident reported finding suspected crack cocaine on Northeast First Avenue.

At 2:20 p.m., there was a report that the city bathroom on Bayshore Drive was dirty.

Friday, May 24

At 3:29 a.m., a caller reported that a transient who camped out in a shelter on Bayshore Drive has stuff all over.

Tuesday, May 28

At 10:53 a.m., there was a report that a neighbor’s dog killed two chickens on Southwest Ninth Avenue.
