St. Clair joins agency board

Island County Commissioner JANET ST. CLAIR replaced former county commissioner Rick Hannold on the Northwest Clean Air Agency.

NWCAA enforces federal, state and local air quality regulations in Island, Skagit and Whatcom counties.

Also serving on the board is Oak Harbor Mayor Bob Severns.
