Yoko Hirasawa Reep passed away at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett. on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018. She was 83. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services. Interment will take place at Tahoma National Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Wallin Funeral Home, Oak Harbor, Wash.
