John Paul Noble: March 2, 1933 – July 6, 2017

John Paul Noble, age 84, passed away peacefully July 6 at his home in Coupeville, with his wife Bonnie by his side.
Born in Valley City, N.D., to Josie Lavern and Everett Grissin Noble, the youngest of five children and the only boy.
His parents and sisters Jo’ Madge and Dorothy preceded him in death, leaving his beloved wife and youngest sister Edna; Bonnie’s daughter Theresa with son-in-law Tom, along with their three children Samantha, Roger and Bonnie Jean; and many nephews, nieces and their families.
He served in the army, which brought him to California, where he was discharged and started his long career with AT&T. He lived many years in Redding, Calif., with his first wife, Jane Margarete, who died of cancer.
He moved to Coupeville with his second wife, Bonnie, in 2001, where they enjoyed a happy retirement.
He will be interred in Redding, Calif.
No formal service will be held. Any remembrances should be directed to the Hospice Organization of Whidbey Island. They were a great help and source for any assistance we needed during his long journey with Parkinson’s.
