Tuesday, Dec. 29
At 12:04 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported someone stole a pack of cigarettes from the porch.
At 4:30 p.m., a resident reported that two kids were kicking construction cones on Beeksma Drive.
At 9:09 p.m., a caller reported that an intoxicated man on Erie Street was asking people for money and said, “I’ll rape you later.”
At 9:19 p.m., a caller reported that a transient was panhandling on Midway Boulevard.
At 11:03 p.m., a caller reported that their daughter’s boyfriend was kicked out of his home and was out “in the elements.”
Wednesday, Dec. 30
At 9:04 a.m., a caller reported that a person was sleeping on a sidewalk along the highway.
At 11:40 a.m., there was a report of a homeless woman sleeping at a Pioneer Way location.
At 2:03 p.m., a woman reported that a news feed she follows has child pornography on it.
Thursday, Dec. 31
At 9:36 a.m., a caller reported that a safe was stolen in a burglary on Northeast Midway Boulevard.
At 6:59 p.m., a Highway 20 resident reported that a neighbor saw someone peeking in the windows of the caller’s house.
At 8:56 p.m., there was a report of illegal fireworks on Southeast Eighth Avenue. Five other calls reported fireworks in different areas of the city.
Friday, Jan. 1
At 1:26 a.m., a caller reported that a woman from Bremerton was outside at the marina after being left there by her “ride.”
Saturday, Jan. 2
At 3:43 a.m., an Oleary Street resident reported finding a suspicious item made out of electrical wires and pipes in the basement.
At 10:59 p.m., a driver reported that a person with eyes closed was in the roadway on Midway Boulevard.
At 11:23 p.m., a caller reported that a subject was burying something near trees on Midway Boulevard.
Sunday, Jan. 3
At 1:01 a.m., there was a report of a hot-wired car on State Highway 20.
At 5:15 p.m., a woman reported that her ex threatened to burn her house down.
Monday, Jan. 4
At 12:24 a.m., a caller on Southwest Sixth Avenue reported that an elderly resident was stabbing people with a pen.
At 12:15 p.m., a caller reported that a man in Virginia was trying to convince her juvenile daughter to run away and live with him.
At 6:10 p.m., a woman reported that an unfamiliar dog bit her leg, causing it to bleed, on Northeast Seventh Court.
At 6:19 p.m., an Oleary Street resident reported that someone “changed” her bed. She said it was a queen and now it’s a full size.
At 6:59 p.m., a resident reported that a drunk person was harassing people and punching cars at a Highway 20 location.
At 7:32 p.m., a caller on Highway 20 reported that people were wandering around the neighbor’s garage. They appeared drunk and confused.

At 3:30 p.m., a caller reported that a man was urinating behind a building on the highway.
Friday, Jan. 8
At 4:16 a.m., a Crosby Road resident reported that someone was throwing rocks at the house and yelling.
At 11:34 a.m., a Northwest Jib Street resident reported that six raccoons were out during the daytime. The caller was concerned about the safety of students.
At 12:05 p.m., a Northwest First Avenue resident reported that neighborhood cats were defecating in his yard.
At 12:07 p.m., a caller on Southeast Ireland Street reported that someone threw a puppy over a fence.
At 2:51 p.m., a Southwest Sixth Avenue resident reported that a statue was stolen from his room.
Sunday, Jan. 10
At 9:02 a.m., a woman on Erie Street reported that a stranger was following her around town and staring.
Monday, Jan. 11
At 8:16 a.m., there was a report of a person yelling obscenities at passersby on the highway.
At 11:14 a.m., a Southwest Freund Street resident reported a dead cat under the porch.
At 11:46 p.m., a man on Crosby Avenue reported that a man stabbed him in the arm. The police are investigating the assault, which involved an ongoing dispute between two men. The victim suffered a non-life-threatening injury.
