The following items were selected from reports made to the Oak Harbor Police Department:

Wednesday, Nov. 11

At 6:07 a.m., a Southeast Fourth Avenue resident reported that someone was throwing pebbles at the windows and scaring the cat.

Friday, Nov. 13

At 7:07 p.m., a caller reported that a man was looking in the window of a house on Rosario Place.

Saturday, Nov. 14

At 11:34 a.m., a driver reported that a child in pajamas was hitchhiking on Goldie Street.

Monday, Nov. 16

At 11:48 a.m., a caller reported that four or five people were fighting on Northeast Barron Drive. One of the people was armed with a hammer.

At 12:18 p.m., an injured seagull was reported on Coral Sea Drive.

At 2:30 p.m., a caller on East Whidbey Avenue reported that a subject “put a gun into” the caller’s stomach.

Tuesday, Nov. 17

At 6:36 p.m., a caller at a State Highway 20 business reported that children were using the bathroom and a man tried to take photos under the bathroom stall.

Wednesday, Nov. 18

At 11:24 p.m., there was a report that a man on foot was trying to get a burger at a fast-food drive-through.

Thursday, Nov. 19

At 8:05 a.m., a caller reported that a transient was sleeping in a flower bed behind a building on Southwest Barlow Street.

Friday, Nov. 20

At 1:17 a.m., a caller reported that a vehicle on East Whidbey Avenue was going to be repossessed.

At 10:48 a.m., a Southeast Second Court resident reported that people stole pieces of a fence.

Saturday, Nov. 21

At 2:47 a.m., there was a report that a drunk man was trying to fight others on Izett Street.

At 3:43 p.m., a caller reported that three people were stealing a shopping cart on Southwest Heller Street.

At 3:45 p.m., a Southwest Barrington Drive resident reported finding a bullet lodged in a garage door.

At 4:56 p.m., a Northwest Crosby Avenue resident reported that a recently purchased bull python was missing. It was possibly stuck in the walls of the house.

At 6:32 p.m., a caller reported that a friend bragged that he beat an elderly gentleman on the side of the road. The caller was unsure if the friend was joking.

At 8:15 p.m., there was a report of a person lying in a parking lot on the highway.

Sunday, Nov. 22

At 2:57 p.m., a caller reported that a person was dancing around outside on Pioneer Way and scaring customers.

At 4:37 p.m., a resident reported an agreement involving a tattoo and an electronic tablet turned into a disagreement.

Monday, Nov. 23

At 6:30 a.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that someone smeared chocolate all over her car and under the car handles.

At 10:53 a.m., there was a report that a man was unconscious in a car with alcohol in his lap.

At 5:56 p.m., a Southwest Sixth Avenue resident reported having an unruly visitor.

At 11:38 a.m., a Grientjes Lane resident reported the theft of a car dolly.

At 1:38 p.m., a caller reported that a panhandler was intoxicated on Southwest Erie Street.

At 6:49 p.m., a caller at a business on the highway reported that employees stole blankets.

At 1:58 a.m., a man on the highway reported finding something in his coat that didn’t belong to him.

Monday, Nov. 30

At 10:36 a.m., a dead deer was reported on a sidewalk along the highway.

At 5:29 p.m., a caller reported that someone cut through the locks on propane tanks on Southeast Pioneer Way.

At 6:39 p.m., a woman reported that someone might be stalking her.

At 7:10 p.m., a caller at a Highway 20 business reported that a customer paid with counterfeit money.

At 10:09 a.m., a woman reported that someone is stalking her.

At 4:02 p.m., a man reported that his coat was stolen from the barber shop.

At 6:07 p.m., a caller on Northwest Crosby Avenue reported that a suspicious man was wearing full military gear and had a covered face.

At 6:58 p.m., an Ely Street resident reported that his ex-wife barged into his home and punched him in the face.

At 6:40 am., a Muzzal Street resident reported that someone destroyed Christmas decorations and other items.

At 12:25 p.m., a caller at a Pioneer Way business reported that a man came in, started masturbating and asked, “How much for sex?”

At 5:19 p.m., a caller reported that a drone was flying over Oleary Street in violation of regulations.

At 5:41 p.m., a resident reported that a person was wearing a white mask on Southwest 24th Avenue.

At 11:59 p.m., an Oleary Street resident reported that a woman was stalking her and breaking her Fourth Amendment rights.

Tuesday, Dec. 3

At 9:58 a.m., a man on Midway Boulevard reported that a child was stuck under the frame of his truck.

At 10:09 a.m., a resident reported that ducks were killed on Southeast Ninth Avenue.

At 1:40 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that copper wire was found around her car tires.

At 6:33 p.m., an East Whidbey Avenue resident reported that a suspicious man was selling “Hooked on Phonics.”

At 8:24 p.m., a Southwest 24th Avenue resident reported that people were running around outside with Halloween masks on.
