Atalo Ibarra Montes, age 44 of Oak Harbor, part-owner of Valle Azul Restaurant, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, at Virginia Mason Hospital and Medical Center in Seattle, following a brief illness.

Funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Aug. 3 at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church with Rev. Jerry Kienzle serving as celebrant. Family and friends are encouraged to share memories and condolences at
