The following items were selected from reports made to the Oak Harbor Police Department:

Tuesday, Feb. 10

At 6:45 a.m., a woman on Southwest 24th Avenue reported waking up to find a man “who supposedly” was her boyfriend attempting to have sex with her friend. She said the man refused to leave.

At 6:56 p.m., a woman reported that a girl tried to cut her daughter’s hair at school.

Thursday, Feb. 12

At 6:55 p.m., a caller reported that a subject urinated on Northwest Illahee Drive.

At 8:25 p.m., a Southeast Fourth Avenue resident said her home was burglarized and a laptop stolen.

Friday, Feb. 13

At 4:37 p.m., an employee at a Highway 20 business said a woman in a blue robe was saying weird things to customers.

At 4:55 p.m., a caller reported that a baby was sleeping alone in a white Volkswagen Jetta on Northeast Koetje Street.

At 6:33 p.m., a caller reported that two juveniles were having sex inside a car on Northeast Seventh Court.

At 11:32 p.m., a Northeast 10th Avenue resident said neighbors were throwing horseshoes or rocks during a party.

Sunday, Feb. 15

At 11:25 a.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident said her friend slapped her 2-year-old son and left marks.

At 6:24 p.m., a caller reported that a man walked into Highway 20 and was almost hit by a car. He “flipped off” the car and staggered away.

Monday, Feb. 16

At 12:53 p.m., a caller reported that a man was punching a dog in the face on Southwest Fort Nugent Avenue.

At 1:44 p.m., there was a report of people having sex in a car on Southwest Sixth Avenue.

Saturday, Feb. 21

At 7:54 p.m., a caller reported an unknown elderly women in a white coat entered a Southwest Sixth Avenue residence without knocking.

At 11:31 p.m., a caller on Southwest Sixth Avenue reported that voices are telling him to touch a nurse and the aids.

Sunday, Feb. 22

At 2:25 a.m., a resident reported seeing a man in “Army pants” run across the highway while holding a gun and pointing a flashlight.

At 12:45 p.m., a Northeast Ninth Avenue resident reported that a jet ski was stolen from a Northeast Ninth Avenue location.

At 1:30 p.m., a caller reported that a man was lying in a parking lot with his bike on Midway Boulevard.
