Katherine Briggs, 97, was a resident of Oak Harbor from 1944 through 1971. She was an active member of Methodist Church and Eastern Star.
Preceded in death by husband, Ernest in 1985. Survived by son, Larry (Nancy), and daughter, Beverly; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
