Jay M. Palmer, Sr., 63, died suddenly at his home in Coupeville on Sept. 21, 2013. He was born Feb. 12, 1950 in Coupeville to Lawrence “Doc” and Minnie Palmer and raised in Oak Harbor.
Jay is survived by four children, Jay Palmer, Jr., Donna Reberge, Mindy Noble and Brian Palmer and four brothers and sisters, Larry and Richard Palmer, Loretta Goff and Loraine Goen.
