Glenda Bigley, 67, of Oak Harbor, passed away peacefully at Island Hospital on April 16, 2011, after a brief illness. She was born March 17, 1944, in Seattle. Glenda loved life and to have fun; she lived most of her life in Oak Harbor and Port Angeles. She met and married her one true love, Jerome P. Bigley, in l984. Glenda was a homemaker and food handler. She loved doing crossword puzzles, gardening, camping and her cat Winney.

Glenda is survived by her daughter, Kellie Carrion, son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Kelly Harris, grandchildren, Chelsea Carrion, Mike and Chris Williams and Randy Harris, all of Oak Harbor; her sister, Julie James of Lynnwood; and brother, Larry Weinrick of Granite Falls. She also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Chelsea Weinrick, two brothers, Jack and Rod, and two sisters, Phyllis and Nedra; and her husband, Jerome Bigley.

Cremation was held with private interment and memorial service to follow at Tahoma National Cemetery at a later date.
