Martin V. Alvis

Formerly of Oak Harbor. Born March 4, 1930. Died December 9, 2010 from complications of Alzheimer’s. Marty was an electronics technician at N.A.S. Whidbey transmitter site.

He was preceded in death by a brother, James H. Alvis of Oak Harbor. He is survived by his wife Colleen, daughter Jennifer and brother Royal Alvis of North Carolina.
