Capt. H.E. â??Richardâ?? Hobson

Captain H.E. “Richard” Hobson, 91, died Aug. 14, 2010, at Whidbey General Hospital. He retired in 1973 after serving 31 years as a Civil Engineer in the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife Joan, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews. At his request there will be no service. Arrangements are entrusted to Burley Funeral Chapel.
