Martha Egger Buchanan

Martha Egger Buchanan passed on Dec. 24, 2008 in Lynnwood. She was born in Lamar, Mo., on Feb. 25, 1916 to Ray and Eva Egger.
Martha was a longtime resident of Oak Harbor and proud of her service in the Coast Guard.
She is survived by her daughters, Sabra (Michael) McAlpin of Edmonds and Andrea (Ron) Bowlding of Nova Scotia; five grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Monte Buchanan.
