Marilu Margaret Asher

“One Set of Footprints in the Sand.” After battling years of diabetes and heart disease, Marilu Margaret Asher of Oak Harbor is now with her loved ones. She passed away Oct. 5, 2007 at Providence Hospital in Everett.
Marilu was born Nov. 17, 1943 in Tracy, Calif. to Manual and Marilu Joaquin. She married Charles Asher Nov. 15, 1977 in Oak Harbor.
She is survived by her husband; her parents; her sons Robert, William and Kelly; her stepchildren Jeanna and Michael; sisters Marilyn and Racey; grandchildren Victor, Casey and Adam; step-grandchildren Bridget, Samantha, Seanna, Sauntie, Jamie and Kelly.
Our memories of a wonderful mother, wife and grandmother will always live in our hearts and prayers. “All my Love, Forever and a Day,” Chuck.
Services will be announced in the spring time. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Providence Hospital Cardiac Unit, Colby Campus, Everett.
