Barbara Ann Riggs

Barbara Ann Riggs was born Sept. 19, 1955, and was comfortable at her home with her family by her side when she passed away Dec. 4, 2004, while fighting cancer.

She was a loving, caring, courageous and strong woman. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother and friend. She was very loved and touched many lives. She will be missed.

Barbara is survived by lots of loving family including her parents, Richard and Dorothy Larson; her fiance John Hamby; sisters Janine Reynolds and Kathy Fouse; brother Randy Larson; daughters Lisa Stephens and Jamie Riggs; and grandchildren Owen Feingolf, Kassandra Fisher, Tanner Fisher and Kyle Stephens. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and family members in Pequot Lakes, Minn.

Family and friends may pay their respects at her eternal resting place in the Memory Wall at Hawthorne Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 1825 E. College Way, Mount Vernon.
