Evelyn Bivens

Evelyn R. Bivens, 92, died peacefully in Coupeville Dec. 13, 2003. She was born Sept. 23, 1911, in San Diego to Harold and Olive Requa. Evelyn was a registered nurse and had lived on Whidbey Island since 1983. She lived her life joyfully in service to others.
Evelyn is survived by children, Jacquie (Ben) Vincent of Coupeville and Rodney Goodbrod of Arcata, Calif.; three grandchildren, Van Kellems, Ella and Jacob Goodbrod; and one brother, Ed (Tsuni) Requa of San Diego. Family suggests remembrances to Friends of Home Health at Whidbey General Hospital.
