Hazel Hutchins

Hazel Louis Hutchins, 81, of Kirkland, died Dec. 5, 2003. She was born Sept. 10, 1922, in Bremerton to James and Hazel Gallagher. Hazel was a graduate of Bremerton High School. She retired from government service at Western State Hospital in 1992. She was a member of Eastern Star.
She is survived by her son, Jim Hutchins of Bothell and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hutchins, in 2002.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 20, at 2 p.m. at Purdy and Walters at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Road, Lynnwood. Inurnment will be held later.
