Wolves fall to King’s / Tennis

King’s beat the visiting Coupeville High School tennis team Tuesday, April 23.

The Wolves’ point came in first doubles as Avalon Renninger and Tia Wurzrainer won 6-3 6-2.

Coupeville (0-3, 0-3) plays at South Whidbey (4-1, 4-4) at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, April 25.

Singles: 1, Genna Wright lost 6-0, 6-0; 2, Jillian Mayne lost 6-1, 6-0.

Doubles: 2, Emily Fielder/Eryn Wood lost 4-6, 6-4, 10-8; 3, Abby Mulholland/Elaira Nicolle lost 6-2, 6-3.
