Wildcats lose to Royals / Soccer

The Oak Harbor High School soccer team fell 3-0 at Lynnwood Tuesday, March 26.

“They played hard but early mistakes could not be overcome,” Wildcat coach Jeff Laiblin said. “We were able to match them for most of the game. Overall, they improved, but the mistakes were costly.”

The win was Lynnwood’s (1-2-1, 1-3-1) first of the season; the Wildcats (0-5, 0-7) are still looking for their first.

Oak Harbor hosts Edmonds-Woodway (2-1-2, 2-2-2) at 7 p.m. Friday, March 29.
