Wildcats compete in Lynden tournament / Girls wrestling

The Oak Harbor High School girls wrestling team finished 23rd at the Pride of the Lions Tournament Saturday, Dec. 15, in Lynden.

The Wildcats entered only five girls in the 26-team tournament and scored 22 points. Othello took the team title with 171 points.

Autumn Coker (125 pounds) led Oak Harbor by winning three of five matches. Adelina Lopez (120) won two of four.

The Wildcats will compete in a scramble at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, at Stanwood.
