Because of light wind, the Oak Harbor Yacht Club Thursday Night Racing Series held only one heat on a short course this week, and Renaisance, guided by Dave Steckman, came away the winner.

Renaisance was followed across the finish line by Lucky Jim (Jim McAlpine), Seperator (Steve Hucke), Yeah Dogg 108 (Chad Holcomb), Gadzooks (Rex Dupuis) and Pearl Jem (Larry Mumms).

With the win, Steckman took over the overall series lead for the season.
