Pair posts region’s top swim times / NWAC

Two North Whidbey Aquatic Club members own the best long-course times in their respective divisions in the region.

Haley Borja, 10, is ranked No. 1 in the 50-meter freestyle (32.2) and 50-meter backstroke (37.1) among all the swimmers in the Pacific Northwest Swimming 10 and under group.

Lindsay Brown, 11, leads PNS in the 11/12 division in the 200-meter breaststroke (2:59.87). That time also ranks her 24th nationally in the event.

The pair are coached by Dick Taylor.
