Oak Harbor takes 4th in North match / Boys golf

At the latest Wesco North boys golf match Wednesday, April 25, at Everett’s Legion Golf Course, Oak Harbor High School placed fourth.

Everett won with 355 strokes, followed by Arlington (375), Snohomish (394), Oak Harbor (420) and Maryville Getchell (477). Marysville-Pilchuck and Stanwood did not qualify for a team score.

Everett’s Austin Duffy led the field of 38 with an even-par 68; Oak Harbor’s Nick Krantz placed seventh with a 73.

Rounding out the lineup for Oak Harbor were Haven Brown (77), Nick Whitley (85), Nate Thompson (86), Wyatt Bright (99) and Billy Titzkowski (112).

Everett leads the overall season standings with 28 points. Arlington has 23, Snohomish 21 and Oak Harbor 18.

Duffy is the leader in the individual season standings with 164 points. Krantz is ranked sixth at 147.

The final regular season Wesco North match is 3 p.m. Monday, April 30, at Arlington’s Gleneagle Golf Course.
