Oak Harbor finishes regular season with win / Girls golf

The Oak Harbor High School girls golf team closed out the regular season with a win over Stanwood Thursday, May 3, at the Whidbey Golf Club.

The Wildcats finished with 315 strokes; Stanwood did not have enough players for a team score.

The Spartans’ Grace Christians shot a 51 to post the best individual score, followed by four Wildcats: Beth Paul 54, Jenna Flores 58, Natasha Decker 61 and Danalin Matro 70.

Hannah Rogers (72) and Makenna Ronning (76) also competed for the Wildcats.

Oak Harbor plays at the Wesco North Divisional Tournament at noon Wednesday, May 9, at the Snohomish Golf Course.
