Oak Harbor beats Getchell / Tennis

The Oak Harbor High School tennis team won 6-1 at Marysville Getchell Wednesday, Oct. 2.

The Wildcats (2-3, 4-4) host Stanwood (4-1, 5-3) at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3.

Winners for Oak Harbor at Getchell were Ezra Franklin, 6-2, 6-0; Ridgely Briddell, 7-5, 6-2; Yuji Caballero, 3-6, 6-4, 6-1; Ben Servatius, 6-2, 6-0; Nick Krantz/Micah Franklin, 6-2, 6-0; and Samuel Peek/Ethan Snell, 6-4, 6-1.

Lawrence Javelo and John Blankman fell 6-4, 2-6, 6-0 in third doubles.
