Langrock leads Oak Harbor to win over Bellingham / Girls basketball

The Oak Harbor High School girls basketball team won its second straight game with 41-29 decision over visiting Bellingham Friday, Dec. 2.

Strong bookend quarters by Bryn Langrock helped the Wildcats jump to an early and then secure the win. The senior pumped in 10 points in the first quarter and eight in the fourth on the way to scoring a game-high 20 points.

Rashanna Graham also finished in double figures, tallying 10 points. Mikhaela Cortez added 5, and Julie Jansen, Aujani Frye and Lydia Wells had two each.

The Wildcats (2-1) continue non-conference action at Ferndale (0-2) at 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5.
