Everett pitcher no-hits Wildcats / Softball

Everett’s Megan Gordon fired a five-inning no-hitter to lead the Seagulls to an 18-0 win over the Oak Harbor High School softball team Friday, March 17, at Lincoln Field.

Gordon finished with eight strikeouts and three walks.

Everett’s first seven batters reached base and five scored to get the Seagulls (1-0) off to a fast start. Andrea Hedington went 3-for-3 with a double, triple and six RBI.

Krissy Pagala, Lyndsay Duchnowski and Miranda Wilson registered the walks for Oak Harbor.

The Wildcats (0-1, 0-2) play at Snohomish (0-1) at 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 21.
