Clairmont leads Wildcats at S-W Tournament / Girls wrestling

Elizabeth Clairmont placed third to pace Oak Harbor High School at the Sedro-Woolley Women’s Invitational Wrestling Tournament Saturday, Dec. 30.

Six Wildcats took part and posted a combined 6-11 record.

Another highlight, in addition to Clairmont’s effort, was Autumn Coker picking up her first career fall while winning two of four matches.

The Oak Harbor girls will compete at the Nooksack Valley Scramble Wednesday, Jan. 3.

130, Grace Chargualaf: won 10-1; lost by fall; lost by fall.

170, Cheyanne Winchester: lost by fall; lost 10-4.
