The Oak Harbor High School fastpitch team continued its errant ways in a 10-0 six-inning loss at Arlington Thursday, May 6.
Oak Harbor coach Jessica Weikle said, "It was error after error. We were just flat."
The Wildcats committed nine errors against the Eagles (9-4, 12-5) and didn't fare much better on offense. Abby Rankin and Whitney Osborn collected Oak Harbor's only hits.
Oak Harbor (0-14, 1-16) plays Everett (7-6, 10-7) in its final home game today, May 7, at 4 p.m. at Hillcrest Elementary, then wraps up the year at Marysville-Pilchuck (14-0, 15-2) Monday, May 10.
