Fastpitch: Everett flies by Oak Harbor

Spurred by three 3-run innings, the Everett High School fastpitch team dumped visiting Oak Harbor 10-0 in five innings Friday, April 16.
Wildcat coach Jessica Weikle said there were “not many highlights” in the Oak Harbor loss. Morgan Young and Whitney Osborn produced the Wildcats’ only hits.
Meanwhile, the Seagulls (4-2, 7-3) rapped 15 hits and took advantage of four Oak Harbor errors.
Oak Harbor (0-6, 1-9) plays Marysville-Pilchuck (6-0, 7-2) Tuesday, April 20, at 4 p.m. at Hillcrest Elementary.
