Denmon selected for all-state game

Oak Harbor senior Jessica Denmon has been selected to play in the Washington State Coaches Association all-state basketball game Saturday, March 27, at Seattle Christian High School.

Three games will be played Saturday. 1B and 2B all-stars will face off at 3 p.m. The 1A versus 2A game follows at 5. Then two squads of a mixture of 3A and 4A players, which includes Denmon, will start at 7.

Denmon, a four-year starter and two-time all-league selection, led the Western Conference in scoring this winter with a 19.8 average.
